This guide is designed to help directors manage the hiring, onboarding, and compliance processes efficiently. Follow the steps below to streamline the workflow and ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization.

Step 1: Hiring Process

1. Assess Staffing Needs

  • Collaborate with your team to identify staffing requirements.
  • Determine the roles and responsibilities needed to fill gaps.

2. Post Job Listings

  • Advertise open positions on various job boards using theĀ platform.

3. Conduct Pre-Interviews

  • The Assistant Director conducts virtual interviews to screen prospective candidates.

1. Issue Letter of Appointment

2. Complete Reference & Background Checks

  • Request fingerprint information from the candidate.
  • Call candidate references to verify credentials and suitability.

Step 3: Compliance Process

1. Ā Mark as Onboarded

  • Move the new employee to theĀ New Employee PipelineĀ once onboarding tasks are complete.
  • The Compliance Department verifies that the directors have followed the opportunity pipeline steps for all new employees.

2. Upload the documents to Shared Google Drive

3. Ensure Training Completion of every candidate

  • Confirm that all required training sessions have been completed by the new employee.
