1. Prevention and Preparedness

2. Immediate Response to a Dental Emergency

3. Toothache Procedure
3.1 Rinse the childās mouth gently with warm water.

3.4 Notify administration and contact the parent/guardian for guidance and pickup if needed.
4. Chipped, Fractured, or Knocked-Out Tooth
4.1 If a tooth or fragment is found:

5. Bleeding Gums, Lips, or Mouth

5.2 Use a cold compress on the outside of the mouth or cheek to reduce swelling.
5.3 Monitor the child for continued bleeding or signs of distress.
5.4 Seek medical assistance if bleeding does not stop.
6. Parent/Guardian Communication
