🎯 Purpose
To establish clear expectations regarding staff appearance and uniform standards, promoting a professional image that reflects the values and brand of Young Innovators Academy while ensuring safety and consistency across the center.
📘 Policy Statement
All staff are required to maintain a clean, professional, and appropriate appearance while on duty. A uniformed team reinforces the school’s identity, enhances safety, and builds parent trust through consistent presentation.
👚 Uniform Guidelines

Staff must wear the approved Young Innovators Academy uniform shirt with appropriate, professional bottoms (e.g., slacks, knee-length shorts, or jeans without rips or distress).

Uniform shirts must be clean, wrinkle-free, and tucked in when appropriate.

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory at all times to ensure staff safety during active supervision and emergency response.

Personal grooming and hygiene must be maintained daily, including clean hair, nails, and overall neatness.

Hats, hoodies, or sunglasses are not permitted indoors unless approved for medical or religious reasons.
🎉 Spirit Fridays

On designated Spirit Fridays, themed or fun attire may be worn as approved by the Director.

Clothing must remain appropriate, comfortable for child interaction, and aligned with safety guidelines.

Failure to comply with the personal appearance policy may result in:
