Purpose
The purpose of Job-Description Training is to ensure that each new hire clearly understands their role, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Job-Description Training supports professional development, role clarity, and smooth integration into the team.
Scope
This SOP applies to all newly hired employees and any existing employees transitioning into a new role or position within the organization.

1. Structured Training Schedule
