We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher Ambassador to join our team. This role focuses on implementing the CADT strategy—Charm, Attract, Delight, and Track—to recruit, onboard, inspire, and support our teaching team. The ideal candidate is a lead learner and a servant leader, equipped with strong communication, organizational, and goal-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities

Attract

• Post job openings on relevant platforms to identify and attract high-potential candidates.

• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate in-person meetings with the director.

Delight

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they understand the rules and regulations of childcare.

• Assist teachers in classroom preparation, management, and administrative tasks such as printing.

• Cover classroom breaks as needed.

• Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and identify training opportunities.

• Promote best practices in the classroom to develop a team of  teacher leaders in every age group.

• Coordinate coaching sessions and planning times to support teachers in improving specific skills.

• Recommend online training resources and coaching programs tailored to the teachers’ needs.

Community Building

• Create and share inspiring content within the teaching community, such as teacher recognitions, best practices, and updates on new courses.

• Manage a rewards program to motivate and engage teachers, fostering a positive school culture.

• Encourage teachers to promote the school’s spirit and values.

Track

• Monitor and track the completion of employee training programs.

• Showcase and promote the progress and achievements of teachers within the community platform.
