Staff Meeting Policy
Regular staff meetings are an essential component of effective communication, professional development, and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team. These meetings ensure that all staff members are informed, aligned with program expectations, and equipped to support the well-being and success of the children in our care.
Meeting Schedule

Mandatory staff meetings are held on theĀ second (2nd) Tuesday of each month.

Meetings may include, but are not limited to:

Required training

Policy and procedure updates

Licensing or regulatory information

Program operations and school-wide initiatives

If a scheduled meeting date must be changed, theĀ Director will notify staff in advanceĀ to allow for appropriate adjustments to personal schedules.
Attendance Requirements

Attendance at all scheduled staff meetings isĀ mandatory.

Employees areĀ paidĀ for time spent attending required staff meetings.

If a staff member is unable to attend, they mustĀ notify the Director as soon as possibleĀ and obtain approval in advance when feasible.
Consequences of Non-Compliance

MissingĀ two (2) staff meetings without prior approvalĀ will result in aĀ one (1) day suspension without pay.

Continued failure to attend required meetings may result inĀ additional disciplinary action, up to and includingĀ termination of employment.
