Role and Responsibilities
- Developing a detailed plan outlining the project’s scope, resources, timelines, and goals.
- Identifying objectives and priorities that align with the institution’s strategic plan.
- Lead Generation is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Assembling and leading cross-functional project teams while promoting a collaborative culture.
- Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their professional development.
- Serve as a liaison in IT
- Coordinate with external team campigns and lead generation initiatives
Daily Tasks
- Track the performance of all the campaigns to see if the efforts are generating leads.
- Verify and connect all campaigns to CRM systems.
- Set up Pixel and tracking
- Estimating budget requirements and managing allocations for each aspect of the project.
- Overseeing the utilization of resources, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and external partners.
- Ensuring stakeholders are updated on project progress and involved in decision-making processes.
Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance
- Implementing quality control procedures to ensure project outputs meet the established standards and requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with education regulations and institutional policies.
Risk Management
- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Creating contingency plans to manage and minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
