Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with center directors to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services in accordance with industry standards.
Implement and monitor best practices for child development and safety.
Conduct regular assessments to maintain and improve program quality.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop center directors and staff members.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for each childcare center.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Drive revenue growth through enrollment strategies and community outreach.

Stay informed about changes in licensing requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Ability to travel between childcare centers within the designated region.
